Stay Meet: A full day in the meeting/conference room with cordials, iced water, mints, flip chart, notepad and pencils. Morning coffee, tea and biscuits, buffet lunch, afternoon coffee, tea and biscuits, table d’hote dinner, single overnight en-suite accommodation and full Yorkshire breakfast. 


Day Meet: Tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning coffee, tea and biscuits, buffet lunch, afternoon coffee, tea and biscuits, full days meeting room hire (9am to 5pm), cordials, iced water, mints, flip chart, notepads and pencils.

 

Half Day Meet: Meeting room hire either 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm or for an evening meeting of up to 4 hours, buffet lunch, serving of coffee, tea and biscuits, cordials, iced water, mints, notepads and pencils.Syndicate Rooms are available for hire, prices on application.A full range of projection equipment and office and secretarial services are available to you, please see the rear of the brochure for pricing information.

Pippins: With an extensive menu and a relaxed informal setting, our bistro is the ideal way to relax and unwind.

Golf: At the end of a busy day a quick round can really clear your head. Our beautifully maintained nine hole course is attainable yet challenging, so don’t forget your clubs.
En-suite rooms: Designed to be comfortable and relaxing our 36 en-suite rooms are the perfect place to rest and prepare yourself for the the next stimulating day.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please note that all conferences, meetings and accommodation (where applicable) MUST be confirmed in writing by either letter, facsimile or email. Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of the initial enquiry, after this time the hotel reserves the right to release the space without prior notification. We need to be notified of final numbers no later that 72 hours prior to the date of the function and the customer will be liable for the full charges in respect of non arrivals or reduced numbers. All cancellations must be notified in writing no later than 14 days prior to the date on which the conference/meeting is scheduled to take place. Any event cancelled after this time will be subject to full charges being levied.
